I bought 3 of these necklaces for my employees as part of their Christmas gift. I opted to add a special customization with our business logo. There wasn’t an option to do this on solid gold so I chose to go with gold-plated. I personally have not worn gold-plated jewelry from GLDN and my girls have not yet received their gifts so I can not speak to its durability at this time. As far as the customization option, you are limited in what you can do when it comes to logos ect. The pendant with my logo is a laser engraving I believe (?) and the added tag is a stamped initial. This particular logo required fine line work in a small space. I think they look nice but I do think I would choose different options and sizes if I were to do another customization using this logo. Communication was great getting this project created. I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service at GLDN (that’s why I always come back ). The shipping was quick, packaging is nice, and gift ready. Overall I think my girls will like the necklaces and I’m looking forward to gifting.
