We genuinely want you to be thrilled with your GLDN jewelry. If for any reason, you’re not happy with your pieces, please let our support team know so we can help you.
We’re happy to repair or rework your piece at any time. Standard shipping rates may apply. Once we receive your rework, it can take up to 2 weeks to process.
If we’ve made a mistake on your order, please let us know! We’ll fix it for you right away and send you a return label.*
If your piece is in need of a rework within the first 6 months of delivery, let us know and we will fix it for free.

We got you covered! Just send in your piece and we’ll rework it for free within the first 90 days of your order. We just ask that you ship it to our studio to be reworked. For necklaces or bracelets that are too short, another option is to purchase an extender.
0-3 months of order: We’ll fix it for you for free and send you a return label.
3-6 months of order: We’ll fix it for you for free. We just ask that you send it back to our studio.
6-12 months of order: We’ll fix it for you, we just ask that you pay a fee to cover half the cost of a chain.
12+ months of order: We’ll fix it for you, we just ask that you pay a fee to cover the full cost of a new chain.
If you don’t like the stamping or engraving on your piece for any reason, we’re happy to remake the piece for you for free within 3 months of delivery.
If you’ve noticed an issue in your jewelry’s quality including excessive tarnishing or discoloration, broken clasp, item has lost its shape, etc. we are happy to rework your piece for free within the first 6 months. We will provide you with a return label* if you contact us about this issue within the first 3 months of your order.
If you’ve lost a piece of jewelry, we are happy to replace it for you at a discounted price within a year of your order.If your package has been lost in transit, let us know. Once a package has left our studio and is in the hands of the postal service, we have little control over what happens to your package. If there’s an issue in transit though, please let us know and we can let you know what the next steps are. Don’t worry, we won’t leave you without your jewelry!
We totally understand that every situation is different. These are our general policies, but we handle everything on a case-by-case basis. If your issue is not addressed here, no worries! *At this time, our system only allows us to create return labels for US shipping addresses. We cannot provide international return labels at this time.

We’re happy to accept returns on any pieces within 30 days after delivery If you wish you return one of your pieces, you’ll just need to send it back to our studio.
