We’re happy to help with any issues that arise within the first month of receiving your order– if you’d like to exchange your piece for a different style or metal, we want to make this process as easy as possible by giving you a free return label.

How to exchange your piece:

  1. Go to and enter your order number to get your free return label

  2. Pack your piece in a small plastic bag (clasp shut, if it has one) in a small mailer

  3. Include a note in the package that lists:

    • Your order number

    • Your contact information (name, email, and phone number)

    • Details of your exchange

Once your package has been received in our studio, our Care Team will email to alert you. They’ll also let you know the cost of the upgrade you need to purchase to make the exchange happen or process a partial refund if needed.

We got you covered! Simply fill out our form and ship your piece back to our studio for an exchange. We accept exchanges within 90 days of delivery.

Once you fill out our form, we’ll email you instructions on sending your piece back for an exchange. You might also get an email from our team asking you to purchase an upgrade charge, or to issue you a refund depending on your situation. The more thoroughly you fill out the form, the more detailed we can be in our instructions.
